Let's face it:
training to become an Approved Driving Instructor is not an easy task!
And with only three attempts allowed for Part 2 and Part 3 tests, the
pressure is on and building!
Let's set the scene...
You book your test, confident in the knowlege that you've studied hard
and practiced incessantly for weeks if not months to be at the top of
your game.
The day of your test arrives, and suddenly you believe you know nothing,
or your limbs don't work properly! Worst of all, you start to panic!
It's your third and final attempt at Part 3. Failure is not an option,
and the pressure to pass seems unbearable...
Sound familiar?
Any ADI would agree that the time they spent as a PDI was
full of uncertainty. It certainly was for me. However, luck was on my
side, as a friend of mine had started doing this thing called NLP, and
he was certain (not just confident - certain!) he could "get
rid of my nerves" for me.
Sceptial as I was, I went along to his practice, and he worked on me.
When I left him, I was relaxed to the Nth degree, and three days later
I passed my 2nd attempt at Part 3 (the first attempt I just went "wibble"
with nerves)! Once I came down from the elation of passing, I made a mental
note to study "this NLP stuff", as I had already encountered
nervous pupils as a PDI, and saw its potential.
To free yourself of PDI test nerves, you only need to do
